The business trip to Helsinki

 

helsOn the 2d of September – 30th of October, 2013 the business trip to the city of Helsinki of experts and heads of management companies from the cities Tyumen and Yekaterinburg took place.  Within the business trip the educational seminar devoted to management and operation of residential real estate was organized.

The main subjects of an educational seminar became:

• Management of real estate, operation and service of residential buildings in Finland

• Residential real estate maintenance

• Effective investments into residential real estate hardware from the point of view of its subsequent operation

•  Legal form of ownership of objects of residential real estate in Finland and the principles of decision-making by owners

• Management company role, contracts for providing operational services and management of relationship with subcontractors

• Operation of residential real estate and repair work

• Principles of formation of the budget of operational costs

Leading Finnish experts in the sphere of management of real estate and housing and communal services Risto Vakhanen, the Chairman of the board of directors of Vahanen Group, Juha Kainulainen, the Expert of Vahanen Group acted as speakers.

 

DSR International Consulting Group, Fund of development of construction and Finedu Finland housing and communal services, training center of Kiinko, and also the Vahanen Group* company acted as organizers of the business trip.
